Team Mode

BUILT FOR
THE SQUAD

You train high school teams. Team Mode turns the tracker from one athlete at a time into a tool for the whole group, the coaches, and the school. Here's what it is today, and where it could go.

Nothing past grouping is built yet. This is the proposal. The point is to hear which of these matter most to you before we build a thing.

Working today

Already live in the app right now.
Group athletes into squads

The vision

What Team Mode could become, built around how you work.

Squads by school & sport

Bonney Lake Football, Puyallup Track, whatever the group is. Every athlete sorted into the team they belong to.

Coach team dashboard

Attendance %, weekly team volume, PRs this week, who's in the gym right now. The whole squad at a glance.

popular

Leaderboards

Top squat, bench, deadlift, clean. Most improved. Attendance streaks. Friendly competition, and you can switch it off per team.

Team challenges & goals

"Squad lifts 50,000 lb this week." "Everyone hits a PR." Turn group training into something they chase together.

Assign a team workout

Push today's lift, or a full multi-week program, to an entire squad at once. Not one athlete at a time.

Attendance & accountability

Who showed up, exportable. Built for holding a high school program to its commitment.

Season reports for the school

A clean end-of-season summary of the gains your athletes made. Your proof to the school's head coach.

Read-only access for their coach

Give a school's head coach a window into their team's progress, without letting them change anything. A reason for schools to send you their athletes.

One question for you

Of everything above, which 2 or 3 would actually change how you run your teams? That's what we build first.
Rollout

GETTING IT LIVE

The app works and is online today. To roll it out to your athletes, here are the calls to make, the plan to get there, and what it costs.

Decisions to make

A few quick yes/no calls, with a recommendation on each.
1Roll it out as a pilot, or to the whole gym?
Rec: start with one team this week. Prove it with a single squad, then open it up. Lower risk, easier to fix anything.
2Which squad do we start with?
Pick one of your high school groups to be the pilot. Ideally one that trains regularly so the data fills in fast.
3Custom web address?
app.callowayathletics.com makes it feel official. It needs one DNS record added on your domain. Otherwise it stays on the current link, which works fine.
4Coach password
Set a new coach password that only you hold. The coach side controls the whole gym, so this stays private.
5Default workouts
Sit down ~20 minutes to load the gym's standard focuses and lifts, so athletes see your programming, not generic defaults.
6How do athletes get on it?
Rec: a QR poster on the gym wall plus a quick "install the app" moment at practice. Sign-in takes 10 seconds.
7Athlete data & privacy
It stores only name, email, and workout numbers. Athletes can wipe their own data, and you can remove anyone. Just confirm you're comfortable with that for minors.
8Which team features matter most?
From the Team Mode page, pick the top 2 or 3. That sets the build order.
9Staying involved
How Cooper keeps it running and builds new features going forward. Worth a quick conversation on the working arrangement.

The plan

How we get from today to fully rolled out.
This week
Pilot one squad
Get one team logging. Watch it work with real athletes.
Next
Branding + custom domain
app.callowayathletics.com and any final look tweaks.
Then
Load real workouts + roll out
Your programming in, then open it to all your groups.
Ongoing
Build the team features you pick
Leaderboards, challenges, season reports, whatever you choose.
$0
